Both theory and practical, hands-on instruction is covered.
Hi, I'm Fiona Rogers
I have been a physiotherapist for 37 years, and have spent well over 20 of those in the field of pelvic health.
I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Exercise and Sport Science and have completed the full folio of advanced pelvic health courses with Women's Health Training Associates, as well as numerous industry post graduate courses.
For the past 10 years I have also owned a boutique website called Pelvic Floor Exercise that exclusively sells devices for pelvic floor rehabilitation to other physios, hospitals, doctors and the general public.
Colleagues regularly ask me questions about various devices so I have spent the past few years researching the available evidence and putting together some courses to help educate on the best practice use of devices.
My main course is Electrical Stimulation for Pelvic Health which I have been teaching face to face for several years now and, due to popular demand, I have brought to this online platform.
The offshoot course from this is a stand alone one on TTNS - Transcutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation.
More courses are under development so sign up to my school for notifications as to when they are available!
Feel welcome to contact me with feedback and any requests for further courses/content.
Happy learning!

I had the privilege of attending Fiona Roger’s course on E-stimulation for Pelvic Health today. I can’t speak highly enough about the course. With a full review of the anatomy and physiology needed to allow clinicians to develop good clinical reasoning, and a thorough review of the research both of what we know and also the problems with some of the methodology at present, this course really was of such a high standard. Fiona also gave some amazing analogies to help explain depolarisation vs repolarisation, and the concepts of spatial vs temporal recruitment of muscle fibres that I know will stick in my mind forever - the skill of a natural teacher. I had so many take home points to add to the depth of my understanding. I can’t recommend it enough if you want to advance your knowledge on this area of pelvic health treatment.

As a Physiotherapist with more than 25 years clinical experience in musculoskeletal health, I thought my days of utilising electrotherapy applications were done & dusted. I had been through the rise and fall of various trends as new options became available over the years and ultimately, preferred to rely on my hands to the do the work . However, with a more recent focus in Urology and Men’s Health I was curious, in particular, to learn about Posterior Tibial Nerve Stimulation for a range of continence disorders. This drew me to search far and wide for a practical course to upskill myself and I was delighted to learn that Fiona Rogers was intending to offer just that - and in my home- town!
So, just a few months ago I attended Fiona’s full day workshop and it was excellent! Fiona covered a plethora of topics across pelvic health that gave me a host of treatment options, especially tailored for immediate translation to clinical practice and patient home programs. Since this time, every single one of my patients with overactive bladder and urgency/frequency issues has greatly benefitted from the electrotherapy programs Fiona introduced. In particular, I greatly appreciated Fiona’s wealth of clinical experience and ‘practice- based evidence’ to match & build on the scientific research of others. Her broad understanding, effective delivery and relaxed communication/ language style further enhanced the quality of the course. No question was too hard to answer. So, if like me, if you haven’t had the opportunity to update in this very practical area of our profession, give yourself the gift of a day with Fiona Rogers.

I was fortunate enough to complete this course face to face in Orange NSW earlier this year and it was awesome. I learnt so much and came away with a far better understanding of electrical stimulation than I ever have had. I have been able to implement the new knowledge and skills I gained from this course within my clinical practice and I am getting far better outcomes with my patients. So if you are looking for quality PD to do at the moment, I highly recommend "Electrical Stimulation for Pelvic Health"
